NORFOLK ROYALE LUXURY NEW CLUB ROOMS

These are the design concepts for the Norfolk Royale's New Club Rooms

The Norfolk Royale Hotel in Bournemouth is set to undergo a multi million pound facelift this month, when the hotels entire 2nd floor is transformed and refurbished to a luxury 4 star standard.

The four star hotel is a grade II listed building in the heart of Bournemouth and iCON have been appointed to undertake the full bedroom and bathroom refurbishment on thirty eight rooms at the Norfolk Royale, which also includes five suites. The suites will have a different design concept using alternative finishes, colour palettes and furniture.

These are the latest design concepts for the thirty three standard bedrooms at the Norfolk Royale Hotel in Bournemouth which are to be transformed in this refurbishment into a new high-class category to be known as ‘Club Rooms.’ The hotels list of rooms also includes executive accommodation, 4 specially designed disabled rooms and Junior Suites.

The Hotel’s General Manager, Clive Moss, commented on the refurbishment: “The Norfolk Royale has always been a popular choice with both corporate and leisure guests visiting Bournemouth and the refurbishment will go even further towards positioning us as one of the finest hotels in the area.”

“We have always been committed to providing quality service and accommodation and, once completed, the new Club Rooms will really set us apart from our competitors.”

The refurbishment at The Norfolk Royale represents the largest investment English Rose has made in recent years and emphasises the company’s commitment to developing its hotels.

The first of the newly refurbished rooms are due to be completed by July 2008 and will shortly be available to book via the hotel’s website or through English Rose Hotels Central Reservations (01723 374 374), at a supplement from only £10.00 per person per night. The new rooms will be completed this August.

The refurbishment at The Norfolk Royale is one of several refurbishment programmes scheduled to take place in 2008 throughout the English Rose Group.

There is also exciting times ahead for Scarborough’s Royal Hotel where, come May, work is due to begin on refurbishing the hotel’s Sea View Lounge and public areas, as well as the addition of 2, specialist beauty treatment rooms.

This second of which, now in it’s final stages, sees the completion of 10 refurbished rooms at Wrea Head Country House Hotel in Scalby village, near Scarborough – including a luxury suite. Further information regarding the work at Wrea Head is available on the hotels website.
