Relax in style with the wide range of leisure facilities available to all guests of The Norfolk Royale Hotel in Bournemouth.

Within the hotel itself, guests are free to make use of our glass domed heated indoor pool, spa bath, sauna & steam room. A more comprehensive rage of facilities, including a 19 meter indoor pool and a fully equipped gym, are also available for guests to use at nearby Meyrick Park Golf Course – only a 15 minute walk from the hotel – and all at no extra cost to guests of The Norfolk Royale Hotel(terms and conditions apply).

Glass Domed Heated Leisure Pool

Attractive indoor pool located within the hotel, ideal for relaxing or a refreshing dip.

Hotel Whirlpool Spa

Circular, whirlpool spa bath adjacent to the hotels indoor pool. Suitable for up to 6 people.

Hotel Sauna

Relax both mind and body whilst sweating out toxins from the body, without overtaxing the heart.

Hotel Steam Room

19 Meter Swimming Pool (Meyrick Park)

Enjoy a swim in the 19 meter Indoor Pool or you can simply relax poolside. Aqua classes and swimming lessons are available at an extra cost(terms and conditions apply).

Sauna, Steam Room & Spa (Meyrick Park)

Let warm water jets gently massage your body while improving circulation and relaxing your muscles. The dry heat of the sauna will relieve minor aches and pains leaving you feeling invigorated and a trip to the steam room will heat the body and increase circulation. The wet heat will alleviate tense muscles and loosen stiff joints, leaving you feeling calm and relaxed.

Fitness Gym (Meyrick Park)

The Gym features the industry leading tracking and motivational equipment from Technogym® together with their new EXCITE® Range. The Gym also features resistance training machines, free weight area and a stretching zone. Enjoy a fully air-conditioned environment and we’ll prove that it really doesn’t have to be hard work to get fit!

Qualified fitness advisors will carry out a full fitness assessment for each member requiring personalised training and devise a personal programme to enable you to reach their goals.

18 Holes Of Championship Golf (Meyrick Park)

The course is set in 120 acres of undulating scenic parkland. The Club’s demanding test of golf and rich heritage draws golfers from all over Europe. The course features verdant, tree lined fairways. From the 244 yard opening par 3, where the drive is over a valley to a small green cut into a hill, to the highly acclaimed par 5, 14th hole, golfers are confronted with numerous and memorable challenges.

Golf Tuition (Meyrick Park)

The tuition facilities at Meyrick Park are second to none. A comprehensive framework of tuition from our PGA teaching professional is designed to accommodate all levels of golfer.

Golf Days (Meyrick Park)

Let our staff to take responsibility for the event, leaving you to enjoy the day with valued clients and friends. Every detail can be organised from registration to final scoring. As each golf day is an individual event, package or bespoke arrangements are easily accommodated. Present your clients and friends with a keepsake of the day. A wide selection of gifts and prizes are available that can engraved, embroidered or printed with your company name, logo or event. Fitness Studios (Meyrick Park)

The Studios provide a wide range of classes that are interactive, motivational and fun. Taught by professional instructors and suited to all levels of fitness and co-ordination. Classes include Step, Spinning, Body Pump, Aerobics, Body Conditioning and Stretch classes.

Meyrick Park also offer a complementary approach to maintaining health & fitness with classes of Yoga & Tai Chi to Pilates. These classes are ideal in reducing stress and use stretching, breathing, meditation and relaxation to recondition the mind and body.

The following treatments are available on a regular basis – Beauty Packages, Physiotherapy, Thai massage, Chinese massage, Pilates Reformer, Physiotherapy, Hypnosis, Life Coaching and Persona ~ Cosmetic Medicine (the fusion of science & beauty).

The Salon (Meyrick Park)

Treatments available throughout the day include: Facials, Nail Care, Waxing, Electrolysis and St Tropez.
